As President and CEO of CyberU, Inc. Adam is responsible for the long-term strategy and high-level operations of the business. Adam brings a broad base of experience in finance, business, technology and law to the Human Capital Management industry. Since CyberU’s inception, Adam has built the company into a leading force in the education and development industry and it has been recognized as a leading visionary HCMS provider by industry analysts.

Prior to forming CyberU, Adam gained extensive experience in communications, financial and business management. He began his career as an investment banker in the media and technology arena for Schroders and worked internationally for Montgomery Securities. During his career he worked in Corporate Finance for industry leading organizations, and held a senior business consulting position for the Card Group.

Adam holds a JD from the UCLA School of Law, and MBA from the Anderson School of Business, a BS in System Analysis from the Wharton School and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania. He also has his CPA and Series 7 certifications. He has co-authored two books entitled Business Capital for Women and Managing your Inheritance.

With over 12 years experience Perry Wallack, Vice President of Finance, is responsible for CyberU’s day-to-day operations and long-term financial strategy. A co-founder of CyberU, Inc, Perry brings a wealth of expertise in strategic financial accounting. Prior to forming CyberU, Perry was a Business Manager with Grant, Tani, Barish and Altman, a leading business management boutique firm where he was principally in charge of managing audit and tax engagements and entire accounts for business management clients. Perry spent his early career with Ernst & Young LLP. While with Ernst & Young, Perry was responsible for managing a tax and audit staff; engagement budgets; and issuing financial statements and entire accounts for clients such as American International Group (AIG) and Bank of America.

Perry holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and is a CPA.

Steven Seymour, one of CyberU’s founders, brings a decade of Wall Street experience to the company. As the Vice President of CyberU’s strategic accounts, Steven has used his expertise in the development of corporate partnerships for creating and cultivating new relationships within the financial services sector. Under his direction, CyberU has developed a strategic partnership with Aon Corporation, which operates Aon Consulting. Prior to CyberU, Steven was Vice President of the Private Client High Net Worth Group at Schroders, responsible for a blend of mid-tier institutions and pension funds. Leading up to his management position with Schroders, he spent time as an institutional salesman for Goldman Sachs.

Steven holds a BS in Economics and a BA in English from the University of California, Los Angeles.
